this is an anti-racist, anti-nationalist song.

the new majority is diversity and inclusivity, recognition of and reparations for racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic power structures throughout society.
I also recognize my personal role in these structures as a white cis male, and I'm coping, realizing where I can change that role.

you ask in a go-around, what does it mean to me? and it's taken years to come to my current conclusion - that it's not about me, our violent history, now the future belongs to the new majority. - it's only been great for the ruling class, a legacy of opression cloaked in equality, today I see in every corner a mis-step.
